Achim W.I.P

Now I have ANOTHER friend of mine to thank for this, as well as  again. xD

Sarah had motivated me to work harder and to try and bring more life to a picture by using references, and my buddy Justin had said to me that instead of just drawing a character, to make a scene out of it. Instead of making the character as a design, to have them do something that reflects their personality, and shows you just how they are by pretty much looking at them. It was pretty much a mix between Justin and Sarah's words that I was able to push myself out of my comfort zone for this-- and I'm so incredibly happy that I did. I feel like I'm growing as an artist, and it's been the first time in quite a long time that I've felt this way.

It really is true that you don't know you can do something, unless you push yourself, or even just try. No matter how scary it is. ;v;

But um-- yeah, this is another old character of mine, his name is Achim. He's a thug with a soft spot for family. I miss him a whole lot, but like all the old characters I have, I feel much more confident in remaking them. I could do them much better justice. xD

Also his face was melted thanks to his older brother. c:
